Cancellation Policy for Meogic Box Subscriptions

We strive to provide a transparent and smooth experience for all Meogic Box subscribers. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Billing and Charges

Subscribers are charged on a bi-monthly basis prior to the shipment of their Meogic Box. Once the payment has been processed for an upcoming shipment, cancellations cannot be applied, and refunds will not be issued for that cycle.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancellations are only effective for preventing future renewals of the subscription plan. If you wish to cancel your subscription, the cancellation must be made at least 3 business days prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next box.

Refund Policy

• Once a charge has been processed, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted for that cycle.
• Refunds are not provided for unused shipments or any boxes already billed.

Annual Subscriptions

An annual subscription is a one-year commitment to the product. If canceled, the subscription will remain active until the current term ends. Temporary pauses are not allowed, and early termination may incur fees.

Special Promotions and Discounts

Cancellations of subscriptions purchased under special promotions or discounts are subject to the same policies outlined above, with no refunds for processed charges or shipments.

You can manage your subscription plan on your profile page. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for our services and products based on our policy. We will not accommodate or respond to any uncommon or exceptional requests outside the scope of this policy.
